Hi, I'm Nigel Maine, the founder of Market & Motivate and I'm proud to say that I work with my son  Aden (a chip off the ol' block!) and between us we provide a style of consultancy that we know is refreshing and above all, reliable.

As with many advertising and marketing companies, we also work with a number of talented professionals who we call on when needed.

Over the past 30+ years I have worked in cameras, copiers, computers, complete refurbishment , communications and customer relationship management (I know, all the C's) and during that time, 25 of those years were self-employed.  so I can say that I have shared in many of the highs and lows of being in business and selling to businesses.

Hands On

We approach your business as we would our own, applying the same passion and logic.  We also have a passion for "getting it right", delighting our customers (you) and your customers.

We like to work quickly and put everything in writing to make sure there are no grey areas.  We also put time limits on activities to keep budgets accurate so you always know where you stand.
